Matthew Ziff (born March 24, 1991) is an American actor born and raised on the East coast. No stranger to being in the spot light, having been a model and commercial actor from the age of two months old. He signed with the Wilhelmina Models[1] and began modeling baby clothes. By age 10 he had been on Late Night with David Letterman[2] and Late Night with Conan O'Brien.[3]

For high school he attended the prestigious Blair Academy, furthering his knowledge of academics. It was during this time that Ziff began to love the Theater and performing. During the next four years Ziff acted and starred in five different productions. For his senior showcase, Ziff produced and directed Eugene Lonesco's "The Bald Soprano," [4] which sold out every night. Having gained the acting bug, he decided to transition from modeling to acting.

After high school Ziff decided to attend the University of Miami in Florida. Once he re-located he began pursuing his career by signing with the Elite agency. Filming multiple commercials and several films. He then decided that he wanted to pursue a career as an actor 100%. In order to do this he would need to move to California where movies are made and stars are born. Since arriving in California, Ziff has filmed over five different movies and has three more lined up for later this year. He is also slated to be a lead in a new television show due out later this year.

Along with acting, Ziff has begun to produce projects that he finds a passion for. He has two projects he is producing. "Never Neverland",[5] is a documentary about the aids epidemic in Swaziland Africa and all the orphaned children being left behind because of it. Also he is producing and starring in a western web series "Six Gun Savior."

Ziff is proficient in many activities. He is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as studying Kendo and Hapkido. He has been involved in team sports such as; Soccer, Wrestling, Baseball, and Crew. He is proficient with, motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, motored boats, and the high profile Dodge Viper. He is a marksman with various rifles and pistols. In addition to all of these activities, Ziff has been trained in playing saxophone (Alto and Baritone), guitar, and bass guitar. Matthew is currently studying Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami. At the University of Miami, Matthew plays Muggle Quidditch. He was also blackballed during his pledge process of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

Ziff is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Guild of Italian American Actors.
